Client Q+A - Summer

Here I talk to my client Summer (aged 21) about her gym and personal training experience.

Amy: When did you start training, and what was your motivation behind starting?

Summer: I’ve been going to the gym for the past 4 years and joined my current gym in 2018. I go to the gym for the mental well-being and to keep fit.

In October 2019 I decided I wanted to get fitter. I’d never had the confidence to have Personal Training before and wanted to get healthier and leaner, after gaining weight.

Amy: What is your favourite exercise?

Summer: Leg ball stability curl.

Amy: What is your number one tip for someone who is just starting out at the gym?

Summer: Don’t be scared to try something new!

Amy: What have you learned from your experience with me as your personal trainer?

Summer: Be more confident whilst in the gym and trust the process! Everyone gains at different paces, so not to compare myself.

Amy: How has working on your health and fitness affected your life outside of the gym?

Summer: I feel better in myself - I have learnt not to be too strict when eating out and that I can have a few treat within the macros.

Amy: Would you recommend personal training sessions to a friend?

Summer: Yes definitely! You are a great motivator and you definitely push me to do my best - even when I complain!

I’m so pleased with Summer’s progres and can’t wait for more fantastic training results. She has learnt that being been consistent and honest with yourself achieves the best results!
